Meet Alaina
Alaina has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1997 specializing in support for managing grief, anxiety and helping individuals recognize the way challenges are presented as opportunities for deep and life-changing growth.
In addition to working in a traditional psychotherapeutic manner, Alaina also has the ability to engage the energetic body and incorporate ancient energetic healing techniques to address the unseen blockages that keep us from reaching our potential.
The combination of these two powerful practices allows clients to identify old and ingrained patterns and stories about who they believe they are and transform them into infinite possibilities. This work moves clients through obstacles that are holding them back, and the results are exciting and rewarding.
Alaina works with individuals, couples, children and motivated teens.
